David Henstridge, President, CEO, B.Sc (Hons):

Mr. Henstridge has been President, CEO and a director of Tumi Resources Limited since 2000 and has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry including 20 years in managing public-listed companies.  Mr. Henstridge holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of Adelaide in Australia and professional designations from each of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Geological Society of Australia.  Mr. Henstridge is an officer and/or director of other public-listed mineral exploration companies.  Mr. Henstridge oversees the corporate, financial and technical operations of Tumi and serves as the qualified person under NI 43-101.

Nick DeMare, Director:

Mr. DeMare, a chartered accountant, and a director of Tumi Resources since 2000, has been President of Chase Management Inc. since 1991, providing accounting, management, securities regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial services to private and public-listed companies.  Mr. DeMare also serves as an officer and/or director of a number of public-listed companies.  Mr. DeMare holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Harvey Lim, Director:

Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.  Mr. Lim was employed by Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) from 1981 to 1988.  From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Lim was employed as controller with Ingot Management Ltd.  Since 1991, Mr. Lim has been employed by Chase Management Ltd. as controller.  Mr. Lim Mr. Lim has been a director of Tumi Resources since 2000 and serves as officer and/or director of other public-listed companies. 

Mariana Bermudez, Corporate Secretary:

Ms. Bermudez has been the Corporate Secretary of Tumi Resources since 2000 and has over 12 years of experience providing administrative assistance to public-listed companies. Ms. Bermudez serves as corporate secretary to various reporting issuers and has also been a legal secretary/assistant for two Vancouver law firms.
